SilverStone Grandia GD05

Legit Reviews -- SilverStone has a nice case on their hands with the Grandia GD05 HPTC PC case. It is very well built and has a nice finish all the way around. With the shallow depth of the case it will fit in any place you can put a standard set top DVD player. Not having an LCD or an LED display on the front might be a turn off for some users, but those that have had an HTPC before either find themselves using it all the time or never. If you are one of those that don't like to have any illumination coming from the front of your PC the SilverStone GD05B is right up your alley... Direct Link

Thermaltake Luxa2 LM200

techPowerUp -- The LM200 is the middle child of Thermaltake's Luxa2 series of high-end HTPC enclosures. While the LM100 Mini offers a compact size along with a PSU and hefty price tag and the LM300 goes all out with space for a full size ATX board, the LM200 can hold a mATX unit and seems to hit the sweet spot on price / performance as well. Ikonik Ra 2000 Black IC-RBDAB-C000 Full Tower

TweakTown -- Using a moniker like Ikonik on products, the bar is set high in my mind. Icon to me is something that is not only a trendsetter, but one of those things that you can remember back to years later with a smile and say, “I remember that, it was the bomb in its day”. I haven’t had a ton of personal experience yet with Ikonik, but the most memorable up to now was their Ra X10 Liquid Chassis I had the pleasure of looking at and using personally for a couple of months. Not only was the Ra X10 sleek and sexy, built from aluminum and offered software fan control, but of course it was fully water cooled from the factory. While not the best of the best in choosing the components of the loop, I was very satisfied with the results it offered. The Ra X10 was quite the expensive full tower with all the accoutrement that is included, and many would pass it by simply based on their wallet not “feeling” the purchase. Never fear, Ikonik comes to the table with a new full tower offering that is a bit more “budget friendly”. At first glance the chassis offers sleek looks, a windowed or mesh side panel choice and hopefully similar build quality as the last Ikonik chassis I looked at. Under the surface Ikonik offers a few more tricks to benefit buyers of the Ra 2000 Black. Direct Link

Cooler Master CM 690 II Advanced

DV Hardware -- Earlier this year Cooler Master introduced the CM 690 II series at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas. This new lineup succeeds the roughly 2.5 years old CM 690, which was a popular mid tower case due to its high bang-per-buck ratio. Just like the original CM 690 the new model features a mesh design for plenty of ventilation, but now with an all-black interior, more room, support for enthusiast-class cooling solutions and various other improvements. Thermaltake Element Q Mini-ITX

Think Computers -- But recently, I’ve had the bug for a small footprint rig for HTPC. I have had several mATX motherboards over the past year, but never ended up with a small case for them. Recently I was asked to review a Mini-ITX motherboard, and this time I couldn’t wing it, I would have to have a case for it. Imagine my excitement when I opened the box and saw that familiar orange and red Thermaltake logo. I’ve had one Thermaltake HTPC styled case, but though it was a desktop it still was large enough to house an ATX motherboard. Not so here, this one will hold only the 6.7” x 6.7” Mini -ITX board. Today I will be looking at the Thermaltake Element Q Mini-ITX Case. It is quite small, but still has room for a 5.25” drive and a pair of 3.5” drives. It also comes with its own 220 watt power supply. Read on to check out the Thermaltake Element Q! Direct Link

Today we will be looking at Aerocool’s first cube case, the Qx-2000. It features a very unique internal design, room for 2 optical drives, 3 hard drives, and a built in fan controller. Let’s take a look at the Qx-2000 and see if it’s the perfect case for your next LAN box bui ld. Direct Link

Thermaltake Level 10 Super Gaming Case

Legit Reviews -- Thermaltake has done something with the Level 10. They have shown the world that an off-the-shelf case doesn't have to be a box that looks like every other case on the market. Thermaltake spent a good amount of money and took a rather large risk in doing so. Yes, the Level 10 is pricey, but it was costly to design and make and it shows on every aspect of the case...
