Overclockers Online -- With more people moving towards a watercooled or other fanless systems, components like your hard drive are simply left to bake. The CoolDrive offers a quiet solution to keep your hard drive from going into a meltdown state.
Frosty Tech -- The Evercool NW11F-CLB825CA/LD2 is a socket 478 Pentium 4 heatsink based on a fairly standard design principle. Its clear plastic fan glows a nice bright blue thanks to three carefully placed LEDs, and noise levels are generally moderate. The extruded aluminum finned heatsink section is augmented with a 25mm diameter copper core insert that rests directly on the Pentium 4's integrated heat spreader. The copper core helps to improve thermal transfer throughout the aluminum portion of the heatsink.
Think Computers -- Thermaltake's Orb series of CPU Coolers have always been very popular. I remember when the first Orb's came out a few years ago, everyone I knew wanted one. Well Thermaltake continues the Orb series with the Ruby Orb. We will be testing the Ruby Orb on our AM2 system and see how it performs against all of the other coolers we have tested on the system.
Hardware Logic -- Along with scorching speeds, GPUs also get scorching hot. No longer the exception, dual-slot cooling solutions have become the norm to battle increasing temperatures. Where does that leave passive cooling solutions, and more specifically, Arctic Cooling's Accelero S1 Rev 2 VGA cooler?
Techgage -- In the prospect of building a quiet PC, cooling the CPU can prove to be a problem. To take care of this 'tall' order, Thermalright brings us the HR-01. This passive cooler requires no fan at all to operate. If overclocking suits your fancy, they even offer a duct!
Benchmark Reviews -- Many manufacturers search out designs that will help them develop a product known for extraordinary performance. Benchmark Reviews has already reviewed many of the very best CPU coolers available to enthusiasts, from the very unique and original design of the Zaward Sylphee ZCJ003 and VIVO to the oversized Thermaltake MaxOrb CL-P0369. Not long ago, we even reviewed the Ultra ULT33186 Chilltec TEC CPU cooler which combined three different cooling technologies into one solution. All of these products performed very well, but none of them really set itself apart from the pack like the Xigmatek HDT-S1283 did. In this review we will test the OCZ Vendetta (OCZTVEND) Exposed Copper Heatpipe Direct Touch CPU cooler against a field of well-established competitors.
PC Modding Malaysia -- Overall the NPH-775-1 and NPH-K8-1 are both a good CPU cooler. The thing that we did not like was the noise that the stock fan produced. The installation was also a little complicated due to the fact that motherboard removal was required. On the other hand, the performance that this cooler showed was a little disappointing. Not forgetting that the NPH-775-1 and NPH-K8-1 is fully copper and comes with a single heat column with a nice copper base. If you think that the NPH-775-1 and NPH-K8-1 appeals to you, you might want to grab one for your LGA775 or K8 setup.
